All of the staff members were VERY PROFESSIONAL and reasonably good. Got apartment with comfortable bed and great shower plus the bedroom as expected.

Excellent location to the shopping mall. Adjacent to nearby Shopping Centre at Av Paulista, and the shopping street. New-fashioned room with a fast check in and extremely comfy beds. Excellent views all around.

Our stay at Ez Aclimacao was fantastic! The spacious room provided more than enough space for our family of four. We loved the breakfast options and the two restaurants available. Despite the weather not cooperating, we were impressed by the pool and can't wait to try it next time. The mix of local and international guests created a great atmosphere.

The only minor issue we had was with the shower stall being cramped and the bathroom sink having a partially clogged drain. However, we didn't bother to complain about it due to the limited English language skills of the staff.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The location was ideal, as it was in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The staff provided excellent room service and housekeeping. I appreciated the many amenities provided in the rooms, including heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were also lovely spots to relax. the hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and facilities.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a residential area, so close to Paulista shopping area that runs regularly, and a nearby mall and metro station. All the staff was attentive and helpful, solved my issues. Liked my rooms with comfortable bed. The location was nice and peaceful, for example, Orthodox Cathedral was not very far from the venue. The service was excellent, the breakfast was excellent. Besides, there was parking on-site. Everything was simply modern.
